About Us
At Precision Analytics for Health Science, we bridge the gap between practice and research for numerous health science and allied health professions by providing expert data analysis and education tailored for healthcare students, professionals and academicians. Our mission is to enhance the quality of health scientific research by making research and statistical analysis methods more accessible, intuitive, and driven by your clinical expertise first and foremost.
We recognize that many healthcare professionals receive limited formal training in research methodology and data analysis, as many health scientific and allied health educational programs emphasize research consumership over the application of modern research and analysis skills. Our vision is to empower the health sciences community with the knowledge and tools needed to critically interpret data, conduct rigorous research, and apply evidence-based insights to improve patient outcomes and healthcare decision-making.
Whether through consulting, training, or research collaboration, we are committed to making high-quality data analysis both understandable and impactful.

We provide a range of health scientific data analysis consulting services, including statistical analysis (both frequentist and Bayesian methods), research design, data cleaning, methodological consulting, and support for dissertations and capstone projects. For a full list of our services, please refer to our home page.
-
We support the vast majority of research, program development and program evaluation projects that are typically found in health scientific academic research, dissertations and capstones.
Quantitatively, this includes experimental (clinical trials), quasi- and pre-experimental, associational, survey, psychometric, cross-sectional, single subject design, case study, secondary analysis, retrospective and prospective studies, and longitudinal studies, to name a few.
For qualitative methods, we support phenomenology, grounded theory and ethnography.
As for mixed methods, we support convergent parallel, explanatory & exploratory sequential, embedded and multiphase approaches, and would be happy to integrate these approaches into your quantitative research if necessary.
-
Our clients usually include students, dissertation & capstone students, academicians, academic programs, clinician-scientists, researchers, healthcare institutions, and private organizations looking for robust, evidence-based data analysis support in health sciences.
-
Yes, we provide comprehensive consulting services for both dissertation and capstone projects, including research design, data analysis, and editing to ensure your work meets the highest academic standards.
We especially love supporting OTD capstones, by the way, given the owner’s background!
-
Don’t worry even for a second about not having limited statistical understanding. We are very fluent in identifying exactly what clients want and converting your thoughts into analysis plans, even if you’re not 100% sure what you might want! Part of the reason why this company was formed was to help remove statistics and data analysis as a limiting factor for health science clinicians, academicians, students and program directors who want to contribute evidence to health science or better understand their operations. For every analysis that we do, you’ll be provided with not only with a packet that provides the publication-ready results of your analysis, but it’ll also come with plain language summaries and intuitive reproductions of the results so you can reproduce every step yourself in the future.
-
Absolutely yes! We provide support with manuscript preparation, conference presentations, and journal submissions, ensuring your findings are clear, impactful, and publication-ready. We have behind-the-scenes experience with journal reviewing, so we deeply understand the mechanics and philosophies regarding how your work is reviewed for a scientific journal.
-
That happens more often than you’d think. We’ll happily run those post-hoc analyses, or re-run any old analyses, free of charge until you and your committee are completely satisfied.
-
Our analyses are conducted using RStudio, JASP, Jamovi, BlueSky Statistics, SPSS, Orange Data Mining and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Simply contact us via the Book Now button at the top bar of this website (or scattered throughout this website). This button will lead you to our scheduling application, which will allow you to schedule a completely free, no pressure consultation where we’ll discuss what you and your project may need, alongside how we could tailor our services to your needs.
-
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. We provide estimated timelines during the initial consultation and work closely with you to meet your deadlines. We can accommodate rush orders as well, but that may incur an additional fee.
-
We offer flexible pricing models including hourly rates, flat-fee packages, and per-project pricing. As we deeply empathize with students and their hard work, we offer affordable reduced rates for students who reach out to us directly for services. Naturally, rates vary based on the complexity and scope of your project and will be discussed transparently with you.
-
Yes, we accept both! We use Squarespace’s credit card processing system for payments, and we also accept Klarna and Afterpay if you are looking to pay in interest free installments and 6-12 month payment plans, respectively.

Right now, we provide remote consultations to all of our clients. Major projects that would require in-person consultation are possible, however are contingent on terms related to travel.
-
We adhere to strict privacy protocols and data protection standards, ensuring that your data is handled securely and confidentially, no matter the context. We ask that all clients de-identify any data that is sent to us prior to data analysis for the purposes of NIH federal guidelines, FERPA guidelines and HIPAA guidelines. We are also more than happy to serve as external investigators on the IRB application of your project if de-identification is not possible as we are CITI trained.
-
Our main office is based in Maryland, USA, so we operate in Eastern Standard Time.
-
